( II ) SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OF SECTIONS 3 AND 17 ( II ) MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

18. GENERAL INFORMATION

You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the TERMS or use of the Network or any of the Services must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. Our Returns Policy

A book bought from BookStoreIndia.com can be returned to us provided it is returned to us within 2 weeks from the date of receiving the shipment and returned in ints original packaging (without opening the seal). Please send back the book using a reliable and reputed courier.The courier charges will be sent to you(excluding the shipping cost)within 5 working days on receiving the returned package.We refund shipping cost only if the return is a result of our error.
